Submit proposal

The round table sessions are an opportunity for peer-to-peer discussion on issues affecting self storage owners and operators in their day-to-day operations. The Big Ideas in Storage Annual Conference is the premier educational event for the self-storage industry in Texas, and the round table discussions are an integral part of that education.

Discussion proposals must include:
  • Round table leader name and contact information
  • A title for the round table discussion
  • A brief description of the round table discussion (50 words or less)

  • Discussion proposals must be submitted by 5 p.m. Friday, August 18, 2017.
  • The Conference Committee will review the proposals and select those with wide industry appeal and interest. 
  • TSSA will notify everyone who submits a round table discussion proposal via email after the committee's review.
  • Round table discussions CANNOT be sales pitches. Your discussion should be educational in nature and free of promotions for commercial products and services. 
  • All round table discussion leaders must be registered for the conference by Wednesday, September 13, 2017.
  • Round table discussions occur on Wednesday, October 18 (from 3:00 – 4:20 p.m.) and on Friday, October 20 (from 10:00 – 11:20 a.m.).
